Notes on prices
Prices quoted are for 3 bedroom occupancy (up to 6 Guests) except at peak periods - Feb half term, Easter and Christmas - when the minimum nightly rate is quoted for up to 5 bedroom occupancy. At other times, if more than 3 bedrooms are required, please add an extra £200 per room per night ie: 4 bedroom occupancy (up to 8 Guests) £900 per night, 5 bedroom occupancy (up to 10 Guests) £1100 per night, 6 bedroom occupancy (up to 12 Guests) £1300 per night. Rates include full staff and all taxes.

Changeover day
Changeover day flexible. Guests can normally relax at the house, having vacated the main bedrooms, up until departing for the airport as the staff are adept at 'turning' the house around for new arrivals.

Important notice: all rates quoted are for 3 bedroom occupancy (up to 6 guests) and fully staffed service, except during high season periods - Feb half term, Easter and Christmas - when the minimum price is quoted is for up to 5 bedroom occupancy. All other periods, add £200 per room per night up to 5/6 bedrooms occupancy. Please contact the owner for booking info. Deposit of 30% (50% at Christmas) at time of booking. Balance to be paid 2 months prior to travel.
